There's a TRAP in the installation procedure for the latest postfix
(krnl0809.zip) for FixPak 14.  Step 12 in krnl0809.txt:

  ftp.boulder.ibm.com/ps/products/os2/fixes/v4warp/english-us/xr_m014/krnd0809.txt 

can also affect the x:\OS2 directory, causing it to disappear from
your Desktop.

Either ignore this step, or set the flags for each file using
separate commands.  Do NOT use the asterisk wild card.

**Moderator's Note: There does not appear to be any step 12 in the
URL referenced above; it skips from step 10 to step 14. Possibly IBM
realized the error and removed a few steps. We post this announcement
just in case people saw and saved older versions of these
instructions.
