We went back from wvhtml 0.6.00 to 0.5.44 because version 0.6.00 has
a bug with PNG graphics files writing. So, wvhtml 0.5.44 with BMP,
JPG, PNG and WMF graphics support is available from our WWW and
hobbes (now from /incoming).
