Version 0.14 of PlayRec is available.

PlayRec is a command line player and recorder for very big wave
files. The recording can be started to a adjustable time, the
duration and/or end time is adjustable also.

Now it can do streaming, e.g. directyl to lame.

The program is Freeware.
