Most old Sierra games work, but without Soundblaster sound. The
drivers were extremly buggy, so I wrote a patcher for them.

This patcher has some IQ routine, which has the ability to patch
almost ANY Sierra Realmode Soundblaster driver. Games work (after
patching) under DOS and OS/2 with 100% Soundblaster sound.

Call it under (M)-DOS on command-line and use the driver's name as
parameter.
