May 7, 1999 -The following letter was to the VOICE Help list:

Do you know an online-shop who can export "OS/2 WarpServer for e-business" to Japan ?

ShopIBM in Japan does not sell "OS/2 WarpServer for e-business".

IndelibleBlue told me that they can not export "OS/2 WarpServer for e-business" to Japan.

VOICE asked a source at IBM about Tadashi's question on sales of Warp Server e-business in Japan and they responded "OS/2 Warp Server for e-business was announced in 14 World Wide languages, which all should be available simultaneously. Additionally, the Japan availability issue was due to national vacation time and the window that we announced the product in. I have been assured that IBM Japan will have OS/2 Warp Server for e-business available, but just slightly delayed. This is merely infrastructure timing."
