How to create a [complete] OS/2 system bootable off a CD-ROM

Minimum CONFIG.SYS sorted by boot sequence

rem *** Files that can reside in \, \OS2 or \OS2\BOOT as you like

rem *** My SCSI adapter driver, get rid of it or change to the right one
